Zephyr

Zephyr builds upon the strong platform that its predecessor set up. Every component inside Zephyr is a more reliable iteration of what came before it. Its outside components implement even stronger sustainable manufacturing techniques making Zephyr our second all bio-composites race car.

Eos

Eos represents VUB Racing's sustainable breakthrough. With an unprecedented aero package made solely from flax-fibers, the team pioneered using only bio-composites, a world-first in Formula Student competition. Joined by new partners, they redesigned the electric powertrain, equipping future generations with the performance needed for international success.

Atlas

The 2022 car arose from the difficult months that came before it.
Atlas is powered by two self-built axial flux motors, continuing the team’s Built Not Bought mentality.

At FS-Netherlands, the team gathered crucial feedback to pave the way for their 2023 vehicle, as the team already knew that it would be something the world had never seen before.

Melexis e-car

Building upon the concepts of their previous creation, VUB Racing introduced the Melexis E-Car in 2019, their first competition vehicle. The team took to the tracks in both FS-Netherlands and FS-Andorra. At the latter competition, their hard work led to a 2nd-place finish. The young team also earned the title of "The Bravest Team," showing the courage of the emerging Formula Student team from Brussels.

patronale p1

Established by a group of five industrial engineering students, VUB Racing's pioneering 17-member team embarked on a daring challenge to construct their very first electric racecar, the Patronale P1. With a self-engineered powertrain as its heartbeat, this initial creation laid the groundwork for VUB Racing's never-ending Build Not Bought mentality.
